BSMT BLOG #17 : The Bentong Farm Malaysia

Hi Everyone!

Here’s the continuation of my previous blog post.
So, on the last day when we left Genting Highlands, we made our way to The Bentong Farm Malaysia.
It was about 1 hr drive away from GH (the roads leading up to the farm was quite small) but it was quite easy to navigate using WAZE app (along the way , you will see a huge signboard to guide you)

Parking lot was pretty huge but unsheltered 🥲

and it was scorching hot when we reached 🫠

Here is the ticket price details that can be found at the ticketing counter.

We only bought admission tickets to the petting zoo and the farm was huge ( if you slowly feed and pet the animals, perhaps you can take at least half day at the farm).

Note: Admission Ticket includes single entry to The Bentong Farm, including all stations. Not applicable for pay-per-ride activities. (Courtesy: The Bentong Farm website)

Feeding kits are available for purchase at the farm entrance ( Sorry, I can’t remember exactly how much)

✨One of the highlights for the kids : Feeding Raccoons 🦝🦝
They don’t eat carrots so the guide will assist in providing their treats and feeding them.

Isaac was super happy seeing raccoons climbing up the trunks and branches

And there are meerkats too!

The farm is divided into several zones based on their types (i.e bird aviary, pony ranch, farm animals, etc)

This area is the Bird Aviary where you can have close encounters with different species of birds

There are alpaca feeding area too ( tho tbh, I feel that the alpaca looking really sad)

Mr Wallaby!

And it’s incredible how they also have a Shetland Pony

This farm doesn’t just offer animal encounters but you can feel closer to nature in this vast field where you can find more than 80 species of plants ( fruits and vegetables) grown in a sustainable way.

Not kidding when I told you that you can spend at least half day here☺️

Guess now I know why Bentong Gingers are premium 🫚
